Returns & Exchanges

At Alex Mill, we want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a refund to your original payment method, or store credit.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
